What is OEM Calibration?
OEM calibration is the original equipment manufacturer’s specific test procedure to fully test and verify functionality of the designed end product. Procedures such as these require equipment with specific critical specifications. Equipment used must also be verified by OEM calibration to ensure proper test verification. Thus all test equipment is tested differently to ensure full calibration based on the original equipment manufacturer’s.

We will guide you through how we do our Calibration Procedure
Equipment Receipt: When a customer sends us their equipment for calibration, we log it into our system and perform a thorough visual inspection to check for any external damage or missing components.
Initial Testing: We perform a series of initial tests on the equipment to establish a baseline of performance. This includes checking the accuracy, repeatability, linearity, and stability of the equipment.
Calibration Procedure: We use calibration procedures that are in accordance with industry standards and the original equipment manufacturer’s (OEM) specifications. Our experienced technicians follow these procedures to ensure accurate and reliable calibration of the equipment.
Calibration Traceability: We ensure that our calibrations are traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) and other international standards, so that our customers can have confidence in the accuracy of their equipment.
Adjustment and Repairs: If any adjustments or repairs are needed to bring the equipment into calibration, we will contact the customer and provide them with a quote for the necessary work.
Final Testing: Once the calibration is complete, we perform a series of final tests to verify that the equipment is functioning within the specified tolerances.
Calibration Certificate: We provide a detailed calibration certificate with each piece of equipment that we calibrate. This certificate includes the date of calibration, the technician’s name, the calibration procedures used, and the results of the calibration.
Equipment Return: After the calibration is complete and the customer approves any necessary adjustments or repairs, we carefully package the equipment and ship it back to the customer.
